Colorful food samples are exhibited in a showcase at most restaurants in Japan which inform you what the foods are like and of their price. Here, you can experience making these food samples. Of course you can take the food sample home. You can make "tempura" representing a typical Japanese meal. The mini sample as a souvenir is also popular.
